Every item sold through the DG Studios Shop is made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order has been placed. Because of this, production begins only after your order is confirmed.
Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before they are shipped. Production times may vary during holidays, product launches, or periods of increased demand.
Once your order has been produced, shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the items included in your order.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. DG Studios Shop cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
While we work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, unforeseen delays caused by weather, holidays, shipping carriers, or production partners may occasionally occur.
